Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on our platform or making a deposit payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Memora.

2. Payment Policy & Momo Transfers

Memora operates a 50% deposit policy.

• Design and production begin only after we receive and verify your 50% deposit.
• Deposits must be paid via our official Mobile Money accounts (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo) as listed on our checkout portal.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full and verified prior to the physical printing and shipment/delivery of your magazine.

3. Asset Submission & Content Responsibility

You are responsible for submitting high-resolution photographs and accurate text descriptions (names, dates, stories) via our order form.

You represent that you own the rights to all uploaded photographs and texts. Memora reserves the right to decline processing orders containing low-resolution assets or contents that are defamatory, illegal, or violate community standards.

4. Revisions & Approvals

We strive for editorial perfection:

• Each standard order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions of the digital draft.
• Once you approve the digital layout, the file is sent directly to print. No further modifications can be made post-approval.
• Memora is not responsible for typographical or spelling errors present in your original submission or approved draft.

5. Production, Turnaround, & Delivery

Our standard design and print turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of both the deposit and all required assets.

Urgent orders (requested with less than 2 business days of notice) are subject to a priority fee and availability. Delivery times may vary depending on local delivery conditions across Cape Coast and nationwide regions in Ghana.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each print magazine is custom-made and completely personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once printing has started.

If you cancel your order during the design phase (before physical printing), you may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of your deposit to cover design layout costs incurred.
